We are a Lexington, KY based 501(c)(3) non-profit that offers assistance to two growing needs: a shortage of professional interpreter and translator services available to local non-profit and government entities and the lack of professional interpreters and translators available to fill that need.

Access Language Solutions is dedicated to providing professional language access services to educators and the parents/students they serve. As the parent of a former special education child who went on to earn straight A's in high school and is now a college student, we have experienced firsthand what special education can do. Access Language Solutions partners with schools to eliminate the language barriers that can stand in the way of all students succeeding like my own son.

We are a small organization offering the same big solutions as the national language companies: prescheduled onsite and virtual interpreting, prescheduled phone and video interpreting, on demand phone/video interpreting and document translation.

We have seen firsthand the difference professional medical interpreting makes in the lives of providers and patients alike. The look of relief on the face of the patient when they know they will be able to express themselves freely is invaluable. The lack of frustration on behalf of the provider when they know they won’t have to struggle to understand the patient allows them to relax and concentrate on what they do best.
